Spoonable and drinking yogurt belong to those two groups as well, with their additives given in the same annex[1]; any single pot uses only a few. What stands out is one footnote repeated against many codes: carrageenan (E407)[3] or pectin (E440)[4] are marked “only used as a stabilizer or thickener”. According to Codex, a stabilizer keeps two or more components evenly dispersed[5], while a thickener increases the viscosity of a food[6].
The list comes from the “found in” section of each additive's page: the food groups of Circular 24/2019/TT-BYT, Appendix 2A (maximum levels of additives in food). Being listed means the additive is permitted there, not that every product contains it.
