A carton of Vinamilk Green Farm high-protein low-fat UHT milk prints two additive codes on its label, 460(i) and 466[7]; the list below is different: it is what Circular 24/2019/TT-BYT permits across the milk groups[1], not the composition of one carton.

About this list
The groups are “other liquid milk”, “flavoured liquid milk drinks” and “milk and cream powder”[2]. Flavoured milk drinks are where the circular allows colours such as beta-carotene (E160a), with the footnote “except chocolate milk”[3]. For milk powder, BHA (E320) has its maximum stated “for oils or fats”[4]. Codex defines an antioxidant as an additive that shields food from oxidative spoilage to extend shelf-life[5].
The list comes from the “found in” section of each additive's page: the food groups of Circular 24/2019/TT-BYT, Appendix 2A (maximum levels of additives in food). Being listed means the additive is permitted there, not that every product contains it.
