Fizzy drinks, energy drinks and electrolyte drinks all belong to group 14.1.4, “flavoured drinks”, of Annex 2A^[2]; the additives below are what Circular 24/2019/TT-BYT permits in that group^[1], while the codes in one bottle are on its label.

Subgroup 14.1.4.1 is for “water-based flavoured and carbonated drinks”^[2]. Here you find sweeteners such as acesulfame potassium (E950)^[3], preservatives such as sodium benzoate (E211)^[4] and colours such as allura red (E129)^[5]. Codex defines a sweetener as an additive giving sweetness, apart from simple sugars and disaccharides^[6].

The list comes from the “found in” section of each additive's page: the food groups of Circular 24/2019/TT-BYT, Appendix 2A (maximum levels of additives in food). Being listed means the additive is permitted there, not that every product contains it.
